I have waited a couple months before writing this review. I really wanted to test it well. It has been a real positive thing my life. It has improved things for my back and reduced pain. I read all the reviews and they'll pretty much say the same thing- the box is very heavy so you need help to get it in place. It literally takes a few minutes to set it up, basically you are unfolding it. You plug it in and put your mattress on there and it'll do exactly what it's intended to do. The remote is not sophisticated as far as modern remotes go, but it works perfectly well. Wish I would have got this type of frame many years ago. Well worth its price. I got mine on sale, so if you can hold out, you might even get it for a better price. However, due to my screaming back pain, I would have paid any price.

My mother in law is always in pain, screaming she is on death's door. Everyday she has a new disease. She sleeps 22 hours a day and watches 700 club if she wakes up and pees in her bedside potty. When she is awake, since getting the bed she stays up longer and is more comfortable. Some days now she isnt even dying of a new horrific disease. She is just chilling watching TV. The controls are easy for her to use. The bed works beautifully. No issues. Set up was a breeze. it's probably the one thing in the world besides the 700 Club she doesn't hate. Well that and bananas. She still hates us but that's ok. She always has. At least now she can do it from a place of comfort.

I am 46 yo female,recently had to have a second surgery on my hip, just 3 months after the first, so the difficulties of recovery were fresh in mind. I have a king super low platform bed with a ledge that wasn’t conducive post op. Needed a bed for a spare room anyway so decided to temporarily switch out my bed. I bought this frame hoping it would help ease my recovery. It was really easy to set up, very quiet motor…I was worried it would scare my dog but he’s oblivious to its movement (at least the head incline). Makes the endless hours of tv watching more bearable since it supports my whole upper body and I don’t have to fight stacking pillows. Also, being on the incline helped me get in/out of bed vs having to work to get myself upright. I like to spread out while I sleep and since I was unable to do that postop, the foot incline helped me stay comfortable while laying flat. The only negative is the placement/ease of use of the remote. It doesn’t deter from the rating, as the difficulty is probably more an issue of me not being able to turn to reach it hanging on the frame. Ended up laying it over the head. Definitely recommend! My dad, who was here helping me, is now wanting to get an adjustable frame for his house!

4 year review. Cons: tore bottom of new mattress. Snags easily from metal “pieces” not welded correctly to frame. Mattress slides constantly. Metal bar guard at foot of bed pops out constantly-thus mattress slides down out of place. Noisy frame. Pros: very heavy duty metal. 2 quality Motors-smooth & quiet adjustments. Great custom adjustment to head of bed elevation to sitting & separate elevation to foot of bed. Easy to assemble. Happy to have it but my mattress is not.

Update, went back to 5 stars - Customer Service was extremely helpful and they sent me a new power supply. They were very kind and I have to say, stellar! Still wish I bought the Amazon warranty, but ya live and learn! I have cervical and lumber stenosis and degenerative disc disease. I had been sleeping in a recliner for a long time until I found this bed. It is fantastic! It was super easy to put together and since I already had a gel mattress I didn't need to buy one. It works amazingly well. The adjustment is smooth and I personally like the wired controls so we don't lose another remote. If I had any items that I wished were different I would like the connection for the controls to lock in someway to prevent the wires from disconnecting under the bed, and I would love the leg section to raise just a bit more. But really those are very minor things. I have had the best sleep since we got this bed. A+ all around!

Got the bed and it's so easy to put together, just 6 posts to screw in to the base, then flip the bed over. The remote has a very long cord on it and a hook. Only issue is if the bed is up, you can't reach the base where the cord hooks on, so you need some place to put it so it's accessible. Additionally, while it indicates that any queen bedframe will fit, most bedframes have slats and it's not clear how this bed would fit inside those, or attach to a headboard. The bed adjusts a modest pace but is VERY quiet at the head and foot. I finally got a decent night's sleep. Just need to find a headboard I can attach to this with ease. I love it.

I needed help getting out of bed after surgery and the regulars bed helpers wouldn’t work with my bed. My therapist mentioned those expensive beds that raise and lower and mentioned checking Amazon. I ran across this and oh, my gosh, got one for both beds as the price for this much comfort is unbelievable. amazon may be out cause I have had so many order one after seeing mine, even the installer had to get one! This sat right down in my queenside bed so easily and once plugged in was ready to go! Worked with my foam mattress and everything! And as it sits higher, I could roll right out of bed! Greatest invention ever! I did pay the setup fee and it was worth it. For under $500 I have an incredible bed and can raise the head to watch tv or raise the foot to ease my legs!

When I began to have some major health problems along with swelling in my legs & feet, I began saving money because I wanted to buy myself a nice Queen size adjustable bed rather than use the puny hospital bed insurance provided. However shortly before I was able to buy the nice thick mattress & adjustable frame I was saving for (one with lights underneath, side USB ports & a massager) I was robbed of the money I had saved. Since I knew it would take a while to save that much again & I was having constant pain in my feet I decided to get this Linenspa Base & Mattress combination to use temporarily in order to elevate my feet while I saved again. I admit - I was broken-hearted & cried while ordering this bed (without all the bells & whistles I wanted it to have) so when it came quicker than expected & was so easy to set up it made me quite happy BUT when the sheets & blankets were put on it & I got in I CRIed AGAIN! … but I cried this time because it was SO comfortable & almost $1000 cheaper! Admittedly- I added a thick mattress cover for extra padding & now I need a topper or something for even more padding because a 8” mattress is mighty thin but everyone has been amazed at just how comfortable it was to be so thin! So - if you’re wanting an adjustable bed & you’re on a tight budget like me I highly recommend this combination by Linenspa & get one of those tap lights like I did for light under the bed. It’s a whole lot cheaper.
