I have a whole bunch of these old dvd and video CD. For some reason, the expensive dvd player cannot play. This region free dvd player able to play all my dvd. This is great. The sound and picture quality is not bad. Anyway, my old dvd do not have great quality anyway so this dvd work really well for me.

I bought this because it was pretty cheap and all I needed was a simple DVD player. And for about 6 months it was fine. But then it just stopped turning on. I tried resetting it and plugging it into different outlets and it's just dead. Waste of money, don't buy this product.

I personally think that this product works horribly half of my DVDs will not play or it will take a good 5 minutes for some of them to load

Very inexpensive. My husband loves it! Uses it a lot because he has tons of CD's. Used this as a compliment and add on to home individual component system. The CD players like this are hard to come by these days and this one is a bargain! I also purchased the Asurion Product Protection. They are WONDERFUL and AMAZON makes it easy to get in touch with them. My Sweet Husband thought he had a problem with theCD player... but the problem was not the equipment but a mistake he had made and did not follow through completely in correcting UNTIL boxing the unit up to send it back to Asurion. I am keeping everything - the CD player, the Protection Plan, Amazon, and yes, even my husband!

No HDMI makes it hard to use on some devices.

Was a little worried before buying this. Read some of the negative reviews and since it was so cheap I was hesitant. Thought I would just buy it and trade it quick. Was very surprised that it iys an awesome player. Keeping it ! No need to buy another.

Had 2 new dvds would not play on my new DVD got a new DVD player and they play great

I bought 3 of these in March 2021 and all 3 quit working properly. Will only play for about 15-20 minutes before the picture pixelates and freezes or the player just completely shuts off. One also makes a horrible screeching sound as soon as if is turned on. I know these are on the cheap side but you would think that at least 1 would work properly for more than 6 months.

DVD player works fine for DVD's in new condition. Has no disc correction so older DVD's which may have surface issues may not work very well.

Not happy, the laser doesn’t read most my disc, even brand new ones. Not a good quality says all region code but it only seems to read the two dvds from European codes, and selectivity reads others.doesnt read most my dvds properly, I guess I shoulda bought a more high quality one instead of trying to save a lil money. I wouldn’t buy this, I now have to buy another that cost 15 or 20$ more n in the effort to save had to buy another.

I wanted an inexpensive DVD player for my bedroom, so I chose this model. Hookup was a breeze. Took maybe 5 minutes, mainly hooking up from the front and not crawling behind to do so. My only problem was like others have said here already, the remote has too small of buttons. Also there is many features I'll never use. All in all a good purchase for the price I paid. I'm satisfied with this product.

Fait le travail pour lequel je me suis procure soit lire des dvd de toute region mais la qualité d'image aurait été meilleure avec une connections hdmi alors si vous achetez un dvd multi region je vous conseil de prendre un lecteur avec connection hdmi.
