Great Build and Great Simmer
Was camping on an island on Indian Lake NY with some friends, I had my old green stove. They had this stove and I like it so much that I just ordered one. Nice build and great simmer. It will work great when it is very cold as the burners really get hot on high and are good sized. It was great with griddle with all three burners as it heated evenly when cooking bacon.

quality stove
was able to try out our new stove this weekend and i have to say i was impressed, it's not the lightest weight but given it's size and 3 burners i wasn't expecting that or even caring as we are using it for our small flagstaff e-pro 12rkthe overall construction is the stove is good and it "feels solid" the 2 locking hasps on the front are spring loaded which ensures they stay closed when they are supposed to and they stay our of your way when the stove is open, seems like a small thing but is a very nice touchthe wind blockers on the side take a bit to get attached to the lid properly but we are talking about 3 different part of sheet metal and a bit of fiddle factor is to be expectednow on the main reason a person gets a stove, the burners and their abilities, this stove puts out some heat! it boiled 8 cups of water in no time and that was with the burner only at about half, it also fried up some sausage and eggs with the ability to do it on low temperature as to cook the sausage all the way through without burning them at all, i have yet to do a long half hour simmer but given what i have seen i don't think it will be any problem at allall 3 of the burners lit easily, the 2 outside burners you can see the piezo starter, on the center burner i thought maybe you had to use a match or something since you can't see the starter but i turned the gas on and turned the igniter and it fired right up, obviously it is below the burner and just not visiblethere is one thing that is minor but seems a bit counter intuitive to the stove you turn the burners to the left to start the gas but the piezo ingniton to the right, the first time i went to start the stove i wanted to turn the starter to the left also, just seems a bit backyard, there are arrows on the started telling you what direction to turn it though for me it would be nice it they all turned the same directionone other thing i really like and looking at the pictures i couldn't really tell how it worked was the grate your pots and pans sit on, i hoped that they would be 3 separate grates but looking at the pics i thought it would be 1 solid grate, luckily i was wrong and they are 3 separate pieces which makes cleaning it very easy and i can see some application where being able to remove just one will be helpfuli did buy the flexible gas line hose for it, the table it sits on hangs off the side of our camper and the solid line that comes with it faces the rear and would cause the front of the stove to hang off our small table which wouldn't work, the flexible hose allow you to put your 1lb propane tank where everoverall i am very happy with this stove and wouldn't hesitate to tell and friends or family to buy the same one5 YEAR UPDATE : this stove is still going strong as our camping stove, have not had one single problem with it, burners still work the same as new, the piezo ignition still works like new, fires on first click almost every single time and the stove on the outside still looks like new, inside looks like a used stove but after it's yearly deep clean it looks new againafter 5 years i really don't have one complaint at all with this stove, and if it ever stops working i would buy another to replace it immediately

Couldn't be happier! :) (Well, see edits.)
I thought that the center burner was going to be my ticket for simmering, as it was lower BTU, but I find that I can actually simmer lower on the side burners more easily, as the bowl shape protects the flame from being blown out; I can put the flame really low and it just stays there, steady. :)Coupled with a heat diffusing plate from a local Sportsmans warehouse, an old, cheap skillet with a missing handle (lol), and a silicone spatula, I was able to make delicious, fluffy scrambled eggs on our sunrise breakfast excursions to our local state park. :)It also fits in a the large Coleman's carry bag, as others have mentioned, making it easier tote around, with space for two propane tanks and my diffuser plates. :)I couldn't be happier!Edit: Okay, I could be a *little* happier. ;) I've removed one star because we discovered today that we can't really use a griddle very well, because the center burner continually goes out unless it is on quite high (and randomly goes out even then). There is no wind currently, and the side burner is having no trouble staying lit. In light of this, I would recommend the two-burner version, I think. It is past the amazon return limit, but I'm contacting Stansport directly. Will update based on their response.Edit 2: So, it appears that the center burner goes out easily whenever the propane tank is low, when using a small propane tank, or when there is the tiniest hint of a breeze - sometimes even from someone walking by quickly, heh heh. It still works sometimes, and occasionally is useful for cooking 3 things at once, but overall, I think I'd be happier with a two-burner stove that had the bowl-shaped wind guards around each of them. Stansport could only replace this stove with an identical one, which would presumably have the same issue. If all 3 burners had the bowl-shaped wind guards around them, this stove would be amazing.

Don't camp without this!
This stove is lightweight and well designed. It heats food and boils water quickly. Self ignite is a plus. Cleaning was simple, too. The wind shields could be more sturdy, but that's not a deal killer.

Quality is NOT what you would expect.
I was interested in the "combo" style camping stove because it saves a lot of space and is convenient. I still have my 2 burner Coleman stove that I bought over 30 years ago. But, I didn't want to add a separate BBQ grill. However, this combo unit is such poor quality compared with the old Coleman unit, I'm just going to go with a separate grill. Also noticed that several other brands (including Coleman) are constructed exactly the same as this Stansport. Most likely made by the same company.

Great car camping stove
Haven't ever had a good camping stove before, just those little single pot burners but now I know what I was missing! This camping stove is easy to set up and use, weighs a little less than I thought it would and looks great. The metal grills held up even under very high heat. Pretty good on fuel consumption as well. Cooked every meal on it for a three day camping trip and barely had to tap the second small tank. At high this thing really cranks out the heat! Boiled water very quickly in our small camping kettle which made getting that first morning coffee a quick and easy process. Metal clasps keep everything nice and secure, but wrap the tank connector in a cloth if you're storing it inside the stove or it will make a racket and could get damaged.Downsides: Heat control was a little fiddly but if you just keep an eye on it and turn the knobs very slowly you shouldn't have a problem getting the flame you want. The starter for the middle burner never worked but was easy to fire up with a bbq lighter or match. Was a little tougher to clean than I hoped it would be, but that's probably on me because I wasn't very good at cleaning between uses while camping so things got pretty baked on.Very happy with this purchase!

This is a great stove. It is well built and produces all ...
This is a great stove. It is well built and produces all the heat anyone could want on the two outside burners. The middle burner offers less heat for those items needing slower cooking like Rice.
