I hadn't bought this balsamic vinegar in a number of years (couldn't find it!). The flavor is unbeatable. I use it in my salads, on fruit and even as a condiment with meat. It is a little pricey but well worth it. Superb!

I have been using this product for over 20 years - even though there is a "sticker shock" wen you buy a bottle, the flavor is intense (-ly good), so you do not need as much! I really like this as part of a vinaigrette - don't even need additional spices - just this, a little water, and a good olive oil!

I purchased this item through Amazon. I read the reviews on it, and they were very positive. I tried this product once, and both my wife and I like it very much. It's nice and light, yet adds a wonderful flavor to salads or dipping bread. I highly recommend this oil.

Great product very happy it does not contain caramel color like most balsamic vinegar. Will order again

I have this with olive oil every day so I am very familiar with this product.The 1st change I notice is the cap has changed from cork to aluminum screw cap.Secondly, this balsamca normally has body and some thickness to it. Not this lot. Easy to shake and I can hear the runny liquid as I shake it. Runny.The flavor is basically the same, but not as rich.This breaks my heart to write this because I give this at Christmas to special people. That gives you an idea of how much this meant to me. I won’t be buying this anymore because I am just not enjoying it as much as I used to.

If I could give more stars to this rating I would. I use this vinegar to make a salad dressing and it is just the best. The right amount of acidy and sweetness. Worth the price.
