These are excellent, delivery was next day, product is fully adjustable for ideal fit both width and heel and are xx wide as standard anyway. These are for my dad who has water retention issues which leads to swollen feet/ankles. They are good quality, very soft and he liked the design. I am not sure what I expected price wise as I could have bought four pairs of normal slippers for what these cost but I go along with one of his old phrases, "you get what you pay for" and I am delighted
