When i received this IP camera i noticed it was big. It was way bigger than all my other dome shape IP cameras. Some of my PTZ cameras are much smaller than this camera. It is bulky but looks very well made. The housing is all aluminum. I really like the design of this type of camera. You can mount it anywhere and still be able to point the camera to where you like it. I'm using this on my Hikvision NVR. Plug and play does not work so it is setup with ONVIF protocol. Picture is really clear during the day, night time video is ok. The zoom feature is great. You can zoom the view to exactly where you need it. This camera is not a PTZ camera. It only has the zoom feature. The speed of the zoom focus is not that great. It takes awhile for the camera to focus itself. It is not a real big deal since once you set the zoom to where you like it you will probably not touch it again. The camera has two big IR leds right on top of the camera lens. The red IR leds are very noticeable at night. They look like two red eyes looking at you. The coverage of the IR leds are really good, they light up everything at night. I do like the camera. The build quality is very good. Besides the slow zoom focus, i still gave it 5 stars.

Grate camera EZ to install zoom and auto focus work well. Picture quality is very good. Well auto install to ether the HDView or Gen 4 NVR. Can be add to most OVIF NVR have also used it with Jet Stream NVR as well

I have been using these cameras for a little over 2 years now for my customers,they work great and are easy for end user.

The camera with motorized lens is much better than fix lens camera, the IR night vision is better, and camera size is bigger, and i can zoom the camera from the NVR and phone app.The camera has unbeatable price, lowest price in internet for this type of product.

I needed to use administrative console version 5.11 to gain access to the extended onvif settings of "panarama" and such, but once I turned on that section a picture came through. Prior to that, it would just say communication error.So if you use a march networks system, save $400 on each camera and purchase these. The business I work at will be from now on. I included a photo of my settings. I had turned off any password, and left the default username on the camera.
