This mirror is very easy to install and the suction has still not failed me for a month since I installed it - much longer than glue will hold for in the hot sun here. The mirror can be difficult to adjust while driving, one of the joints can also become loose, which causes the mirror to droop - it is easy to tighten but hidden behind the mirror. If you’re replacing an OEM mirror, please consider that this one does not have the anti-glare dimming-feature to redirect headlights from behind away from the driver’s eyes. This mirror also transmits more shaking from driving than a factory mirror that is applied with glue, and may need to be adjusted with greater frequency - but it is simple, reliable, and will work in a pinch.

It is fairly easy to install and well worth the $. I would note that the fasteners are hard to reach therefore I think its hard to get the mirror in its final position. Also once installed the mirror itself shakes a bit when going over bumps - likely due to the fasteners not fully tightened

It's a pretty good mirror looks good in the truck...

Put this thing in a drag car to pass inspection for a race. Put 800 miles on it and lots of passes. Hasn’t fell off yet.

I needed an inexpensive rear view mirror for my Polaris Ranger UTV to solve a temporary need. I will be using my rig on an upcoming trip that will be on some roads with traffic and I don't want to have to keep turning around to see if I'm holding anyone up. The mirror options made for my UTV don't work for me because I have a hard top that doesn't leave room for straps around the roll bars, so I needed a suction base solution. I read the reviews for this one and was a little concerned about the mirror staying attached to the windshield but it has held for over a week in some moderately tough terrain. That's all I needed and I'm satisfied.

Very flimsy and I have tightened it several times. I would say, if you can afford to get the original one for your car, do it. I’m not so sure that this one will have a long lifespan.

I bought this because I'm blind in the right eye but can see well in the left. I wanted a mirror I could attach to the inside windshield of my Honda Civic and swivel to supplement my right side-view mirror. The adhesion is excellent, but maybe TOO good for my purposes. I'd like to try the mirror in another position but it doesn't want to budge even after I've released the suction. Haven't tried any solvents yet. It appears the mirror base comes with some sort of glue already applied. The product looks and functions exactly as advertised. Good quality optics, swivels and stays in place.

Bought it to mount a drive cam in a van which has no need for a rear view mirror.I initially went budget and bought a £7 mirror....totally false economy as it collapsed like a cheap tent the second the cam was introduced.This mirror is solid and hasn't budged an inch. I recently had reason to drive a very bumpy farmers drive. My spinal column was rearranged but the mirror remained solid.

Sent for this after my Micra mirror snapped off when trying to adjust it one cold winter morning. Tried sticking it back on but it kept coming off again. Bought this on other buyers' recommendations - and they were right! Mirror was easy to set up with the generous help of a few quickly answered questions by other buyers. As well as providing a panoramic rear view of the road and surroundings it also stays firmly in place without any jiggling about. In fact, I find it much better - and therefore, safer - than the original mirror. Just a point to to keep in mind - make sure you place mirror so it doesn't collide with the corners of the sun visors when summer eventually arrives!

Excellent secondary mirror! I am a driving instructor and this mirror is fantastic. Sticks well as it has a sticky pad to it as well as the suction lever.The mirror is a large mirror with no shake or vibration.Any driving instructors watching it is extremely good quality, size and suction. Highly recommended :)

Clean the windscreen thoroughly then wet the suction cup with water so that it sticks well. It is already made of a sticky-feeling rubbery stuff, and then you press down the suction lever. I looked at learner drivers in driving school cars to see where to position the mirror. It was suitable for a UK driving test if you want to take the test in your own car. You can see from the outside of the windscreen that the suction cup is working properly.

Used as interior mirror in motorhome.Suction power excellent. Suction pad feels as though has adhesive but it is just the way the rubber is. Removed and reattachef several times.Good vision in mirror and no vibration.Recommended.
