Spring Retention Breaking
Overally the product is pretty good. Easy to use. Good interface. Charges my 18650s fine.But the retention mechanism on two bays have snapped off shortly after inserting batteries, leaving the negative terminal hopelessly sliding around. The first time it happened I repair it with a small screw in place of the stub. But two weeks later a different one broke. I believe this is a design flaw with this product.I do not recommend this product because of this problem.

Perfect for your Vape batteries.
Flexible settings. Easy to use. Need to be a bit careful when loading and unloading batteries due to strong spring loading in contacts, but not a real problem. I like the choice of charging rates to preserve life span of batteries. Comes with an informative, simple display. Charges reasonably quickly too.

Poor quality product.
Well i don't like the fact that one of the springs has broken on one of the bays making that bay unusable. Poor quality product.

Rubbish! Only had it since June and it's broken already. Just cheap tat!

Good but could have been better
Product is easy to use but one port 1 amp is faulty after few months of use hence overall 3 star.

Not bad while it works
The two 1 amp ports springs have broken already after a few months use. But before that happened I was happy with the product it did what it was supposed to do with no issues. For both to break in the space of a month must be a design flaw.

Poor product
Both ends of where the battery charges the springs have now broken and the middle too are now the only ones working feel pretty ripped off tbh
