Paleovalley Apple Cider Vinegar Complex Capsules with Organic Superfoods

Update: I had unexpected consequences. I had rashes on my lower legs from fluid build up. Once I got on regular ACV 3x per day those have completely healed. This stuff is magical. I take one after every meal and it really aids digestion. I take the last one right before bed at night and my sleep has improved 1000%. It also seems to curb my apetite as I feel more satisfied when I eat. I'm sold on this stuff. It's not cheap, but I don't care at the point what it costs.

I purchased this product mostly because I hoped that it would help with headaches when I get them. I took this product last weekend when I felt a headache coming on, and it did help! It didn't work as quickly as ibuprofen; however, it did help to dull the pain and then the headache did go away completely after a couple hours. It worked well enough that I will be using this instead of ibuprofen when I feel a headache coming on. Product tastes fine - no weird taste or after taste at all. Will continue to purchase!

I've been taking this supplement for a week and notice I feel somewhat better. With my working schedule and commute I'm always tired. I'm still tired but noticed in the morning when I take this that I'm of clear mind and awake. Energy is not a concern at this time. I like that I see a bit of a change in my body weight and will continue on taking this until my first purchase is complete and make my final decision but right now I give this product a thumbs up since I've tried many and this is one that I feel a positive difference with.

Nice ACV....I just started taking them so too soon to tell but I like the other ingredients as well.

Don't know if its actually doing anything. I don't feel any kind of thermogenisis. Not really impressed actually.

Great to take at night and burn some calories while you sleep, I highly recommend there capsules.

I love that this supplement includes all of the good-for-you foods that I’ve been trying to incorporate into my diet but am not always able to everyday. Easy to take these capsules and know I’m getting ACV, turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, and lemon. I’ll never NOT take this!

To sum it up I’m on high blood pressure pills and I ran out. Went to the dr and she said to me my blood pressure was so high she didn’t want to let me leave her office. So I went to my nearest pharmacy and picked up my prescription. So I said before I go back in another month to the dr I was going to take this product. So I open the capsule open and put two in water drink it in the morning and around mid day did same thing with only one pill. Did this until my next dr appointment and the dr asked what have I been doing she told me to continue taking my meds not knowing that I stop taking them. My reading was good I’m going to continue to takes these paleovallies other products so far THIS PILLS ARE AMAZING !!!!!!!!
