Arrived Broken!
The TV arrived and was pretty well packed, but nonetheless, the tray that drops videos down into the set itself, does not work... Was it sent to me already broken?? So, without this function the machine is worthless! You can't watch videos on it at all! Will you be replacing it? OR reimbursing my money? Please let me know. Kindly, S.K. Duff

Well packaged, arrived in timely manner, but is missing the battery cover on the remote.

Picture quality.
Interesting to note there are no tint, brightness, contrast, sharpness, backlight, or color controls. It's all set up. Arguably, picture quality is as good or better than anything out there today. I like it, alot. Best regards, Dann Gaburo.

If it's used, there is usually a problem.
I really needed this product to play videos for my grandkiddos. Some times it works, some times it hangs up. A lot of money for a so-so product. Lesson learned.
