I know it says “gentle” but I had to do 1/2 a doseFor the night pills. Morning pills are gentle, but the evening was too much for me. It made me go to the bathroom everyday and definitely cleanses you. Natural ingredients and this company has high standards for their product, so I know it was safe to take. Great for getting ready for the beach, wedding or to jump start your weight loss journey or just to clean your gut!

Use it exactly as directed and it will cleanse out your digestive system! It was pretty rough for me at the end of day 3, and so I halved the dosage on day 4 to catch a break. I am very petite, so that could be part of it. I went back to the full dosage for the rest, but then had a half dosage on my final day. It did minimize my appetite and cravings, and so I utilized that to cut out a lot of sugar and junk. It's a good kickstart to cleaning up nutrition. Just stick with that part after the cleanse is over!

I’ve done this cleanse twice over the years. The first time it worked great. Second time not so great. I have recently changed eating and workout structures…so Im thinking I will give a try. I will change my review based on this experience.

I did this perfectly and noticed no difference.

I first want to point out, the description is inaccurate. This is a 15 day cleanse. You take 2 pills twice in the morning from one bottle and 4 pills just before bed from a different bottle. I have only been doing it for a few days, so cannot make great claims on its effectiveness. I bought it as a liver and kidney cleanse. I don't know if I need that, but we will see if I feel any better.This product is not working as hard at cleaning my intestines as other cleanses do, but that is not its intended purpose, I do not think. Why would they recommend adding psyllium if this product should be cleansing our colon? It certain has that effect so far, but not as strongly as colon cleanses I have used in the past which is I believe why previous reviewers were dissatisfied.For the few days I have been using it I find it to be gentle. My colon is fine and did not need to be cleansed. Yes, I have gone to the bathroom more, but that is what a cleanse usually does. I will write more when I am done with the cleanse, but what I can say is so good so far.UPDATEI really liked this cleanse. I feel better, but mostly found it too complicated. For some people four pills before bed and two pills twice a day with food isn't that complicated. I, unfortunately, forgot the day ones all the time. Now that I have finished the PM pills I will miss them. Other cleanses might get someone running to the bathroom, but this one was gentle. Nothing runny or going all too often. The PM pills gave me a big movement in the morning and the rest of the day went well, lighter, less gassy or bloated. And I thought I didn't need a colon cleanse. However, complicated or not, the PM pills worked well for me on their own. I am going to move to some liver detoxifying supplement next since that was more what I was looking for in this cleanse.

I find if I take this and eat well and exercise the weight comes off more easily. When I take them I don't feel hungry, have plenty of energy and less bloated. I think they really work for me.
