Anything Whisky Painters is a must have if you want to paint small paintings in Bars, and really, who doesn’t? A cult product for a good idea. Golden, sparkling, and high quality, when you take this little brush out, no one will know if it’s a cigarette holder, a pen that takes pictures or a 007 hypodermic with radioactive tips. When you begin to paint, your bar mates will be so relieved that you won’t pay for another drink in that Bar for life.

When I went on a trip to Hawaii, I accidentally damaged my travel brush I got from a winsor and newton travel set, and wanted to buy a brush almost exactly like it. This is exactly what I wanted and more.Came with a little peach fuzz feeling bag, 2 paint brushes that uses its cap to protect its bristles and uses that same cap as an extender for the brush, and even includes a water jar. The water jar is very sub-par in all honesty, everytime I try to close it up it leaks out a bit when I put pressure on it, which really isn't great for travel, but really, the water jars were more of an added bonus since I was just trying to find a brush really. So I'm not too bothered by that.Brushes work exactly as how I wanted it to and I can now watercolor freely on the go again. The story behind the whiskey painters is also a fun read too, and broadens my view of what I can use to watercolor..All in all I really love this set.

Perfect for tucking in into your travel painting set. High quality brush. I find I’m inspired to paint simply because it’s so cute! I love painting with it. It’s a size 2 so it’s really for sketching or painting small things. I painted bookmarks with it while visiting and watching over a friend who was in the hospital and she loved watching me with the cute brush and watercolor set up and the resulting painted bookmark. For the quality, the price value is reasonable.

The paint brushes are smaller than I had expected, but they're perfect for traveling! The brushes themselves paint nicely with precision - long brush hair with a fine tip. They fit inside my watercolor set nicely. If they get lost or ruined, I'll definitely be replacing them and getting more. The little water cups are also a nice add on for traveling purposes or painting outside on a nice day.This set would also make a nice gift for anyone interested in painting or watercolor - child or adult.

Advertised as retractable ( that why I ordered) and no water cups that were advertised. I am very disappointed

This is quite a nice brush. It comes to a good sharp point and the bristles hold their springiness well. It fits my hand well when extended and collapses small enough to fit in the Altoids tin. I have not yet had time to use it much but am looking forward to doing so.

I liked it so much that I ordered 2 more 😀. So, I will always have one for each watercolor travel set. (Did Not receive plastic water cups😳)
