Love that the blanket is light and soft but the silky edges aren't very "silky". As someone who loves to run the silk edge through my fingers, the feeling is sort of course and not as soft as I'd like even after washing.

Accuracy of description: The description of this blanket is accurate. Its machine washable, 100% polyester, and measures 90 by 90 inches. It also does have the silk lining all the way around it.Opinion: I love this blanket. I use it even when it is really hot in the bedroom just because it is so soft and comfy. My cut off limit for using it is 88 degrees in the bedroom, but I think that would be the same for almost anyone. I need to feel weight from a blanket to sleep comfortable, and this has a nice weight without adding a lot of heat. We live in Arizona so a lighter blanket is required. Make sure you wash it however because it will have lint coming off of it.Usefulness: Useful if you need a blanket to sleep.Pros: It stays on even with the fan blowing and the silk feels nice against your face. I will be getting another one of these if anything ever happens to my old one. I would like an extra one however just in case we have company too.Cons: Needs to be washed. Not much of a con I know but we live in an apartment and it’s hard to get to a laundry mat.Recommend to a friend: I would recommend it to a friend, and maybe gift to a friend who loves blankets.

I have a child that likes the satin part of the blanket. He rubs it as a comfort. He has worn out the blanket he has. I was going to order a brand new one but this one showed up and was cheaper so when the description said it was like new I thought that’s awesome!! My definition of like new is drastically different than what Amazon’s description is! !It is worse than I thought. The blanket is dirty and the silk on the outside is torn and he can’t rub it to get comfort. We will be returning the blanket! So we can find a better blanket to comfort him!!The “like new” aspect of this order has caused so many problems and discomfort in my house I am irritated. I think Amazon needs to find a different way to classify things. Especially in the world we live in today!!

Adopted an older cat and this old house is never really warm. She couldn't find enough warmth anywhere so we bought her a blanket and hoped this would make her comfortable. After washing & drying I tossed it on the couch before planning on taking it into bedroom. She took one look and hopped onto the couch and curled up in it. She just decided it was hers, it was warm enough, soft enough. I ran back to Amazon Warehouse looking for another one...but not to be...glad we got her something she loves. Highly recommended, as this blanket is very light weight, very warm and washes very well, no shrinkage.

This blanket is soft, but aren't they all? It's very thin, not paper thin but really not too good for winter. It might make a decent couch blanket but you'd still probably have to have some heat on in the house. It's fine for summer, I'm sure. If I still lived up north I would return it but I'm down south now and want a lighter blanket for the couch in spring and summer. I was hoping it would be a bit thicker but no, it's only a summer blanket, really. I wouldn't put it on my bed except if I lived in the deep south with a sheet underneath or simply as a topper blanket if one night happened to be particularly cold. It doesn't fuzz up or pill, so far; I've washed it once. I didn't notice any chemical smell when it first arrived and it seems to be well sewn/constructed. If you live up north you might want to pass on this, I would.

The blanket is light weight and very soft to the skin. The light ivory color works well with Pendleton Blankets. The King size blanket covers a king bed with plenty of overhang even on a thick mattress.The laundry instructions are easy. Cold wash, gentle/hand wash cycle. Dry on low/med low heat.

I am really enjoying this satin trim blanket I recently purchased. I have always liked these type of blankets, the satin trim has always been a touchy feely sedative for sleep to me. This blanket however, has a very nice light and extremely soft fleece to it. I will enjoy this on my covers for a long time!👍👍👍

Very thin! Flat Minimal Fleece Pile to it. Not as soft as other fleece blankets. Was very disappointed in it. I wanted to send it back, but it would of cost half of what I paid for it to send it back. So will keep and give away. If your looking for those super silky soft lofty fleece blankets look elsewhere, this is not it! Found what I was looking for at Big Lots for 20.00. Picture shows the difference in the pile. In first picture the one on the left is the one I bought at Big Lots, on the right is this blanket and it already looks pilled! Second picture shows how thin it is.

this is a lovely lightweight blanketits soft and comfy, not hot and sweatyits worth the money and I would buy more to give as giftsthe only problem I have with it is the "satin" piping around it isn't at all soft, I bought this for a child who needs the soft ribbon type of binding so this blanket wasn't good for this but the other children love it

Nothing to dislike. This blanket is going to be made into seat covers (for extra seats kept in the bedrooms) to match same blanket I already purchased as a bedspread. Colors and pattern are completely my taste and really complement the light colored furniture I recently installed in the bedrooms. .

Wanted a light weight blanket for our king bed. Portion sizes are generous, tucks in nicely and weight is very light and just right for our needs.
