Product arrived today, all directions written in Chinese. I went back online to see if I could find directions and found some with the product advertising. I followed the directions that said dip sponge into wax then rub onto leather, then wipe off with soft cloth. It did clean the leather, however, my leather couch is in no better shape than when I started out. Don't waste your money on this product.

Really worked nicely to clean butter colored leather sofa.

I took a chance and purchased this ecen after bad reviews. I thought it was worth the risk for $18.00. My couch, chair and ottoman were faded from the sun. The pictures say it all. The reason why I rated 4 stars vs. 5 stars is the sports did not come out as advertised. Otherwise, I was happy with the results.

Doesn’t do anything to bring back or enhance color of leather as advertised. Took FOREVER to arrive. Talk about a SLOW BOAT FROM CHINA! Any locally purchased leather cleaner/conditioner would do a better job at a fraction of the cost. Do not purchase.

I purchased this product from a 3rd party seller. I was impressed with the infomercial. I have an old Ethan Allen leather couch w/matching chairs and ottoman. The leather was having lots of issues. I decided that it couldn't hurt as the set was on its way out the door soon anyways. When it started taking a long time, it dawned on me that it may be coming from China. 2 months later it finally arrived, but after I had given up and tried the Chemical Guys leather conditioner product. (This product was listed in the best 15 for leather). That absolutely ruined the leather!!!!! I had already put in a call to the Salvation Army for a pick up when this finally arrived in the mail. I gave it a shot. WOW, what a difference! It could not completely overcome my couch set issues or the other product by the Chemical Guys, but I have now cancelled my pick up with the Salvation Army. I think it helped prolong my set by a few more years. One tub did my whole set. I applied it liberally and have just a little left over.I totally recommend and endorse this product!!!!! Totally impressed and saved me a few thousand by not having to rush out to purchase a new living room set. Worthless...used several times to see if it helped. Nope. I have grey seats were the cracking turned white. Stuff darkened the white a touch. Complete waste of time and money. Took a long time to arrive.
