Bought this item as my daughter likes to make videos and we needed something a bit more professional to assist with this and also wanted something to take on our US holiday for Vlogging while away. Lets just say she hasn't put it down since it arrived and its been a great addition.Was very impressed with the packaging when opened as well as the carry case. When opened we found it to be well made and very sturdy (No fear of it braking especially when used by an 8 year old)When you first go to use it you have to balance it with your devise (We have Iphone 11) which was a simple and easy process when following the very informative instructions included. There is also an App and many youtube videos which can assist.We are by no means tech people but It has many great features like face tracking and and slow mo, also does 180 or 360 degree shots etc which my daughter has had hours of fun with it also has a joystick control for moving the camera up/down, left/right which makes it easy to use. Also the battery life is incredible and it also charges quick which is a good point for us.For the price its defiantly value for money and for first time Gimbal users we are very impressed. We cant recommend enough

I had various gimbals for my mobile most where much more expensive and one was cheaper but I am quite surprised how good this gimbal is. I got a Samsung Galaxy Note 8 and a Galaxy S 7 Edge and it works with both flawlessly. Setup was very easy and was completed within a couple of minutes. The software that you can download from the Play Store (for Android phones) is the best I had for any of my previous gimbals. The follow me function is actually working and some of the other added extras like the face / object training and motion timelapse are working without any problems unlike the software from other makers. If anything at all I would love to see an adapter so that I can use my GoPro Hero 4 with this gimbal rather then having to purchase another gimbal for this. The phone can be connected to the gimbal in either horizontal or vertical position and the gimbal can also be used as a power Bank. I will post an update once I have worked with the gimbal a bit longer but first impressions are of a very good gimbal with software that is actually working as it should for a price that is hard to beat with all the functions and extras. Oh and the gimbal arrived fully charged ready to use and the battery life is just astonishing. I higly recommend this gimbal.P.S. Paired with a Samsung Galaxy S8 running Android 9 with One UI.The gimbal comes with a zippered moulded eva case. The gimbal is easy to pair with the phone, but the software that is recommended for the gimbal is buggy. It doesn't allow control of the gimbal as shown in the manual. Despite this the gimbal works with the phone's native camera app.The one thing I would warn all potential buyers is that you have to physically take the phone off, reposition it manually when you want to switch from landscape to portrait mode.All in all it most or less met my expectations considering the price I paid.

Hohem Smartphone Gimbal Stablizer is just a perfect piece of kit. I've been looking at purchasing for something for quite some time as I blog on Instagram about my boy and I and do lots of playtime and activities as well as go on adventure and this is just literally everything I was asking for at such a good price!The gimbal is easy to set up and took all of 5 mins to download the app, place the phone onto the gimbal, turn it all on and watch the magic happen.It Is lightweight and compact and easy to store in your handbag and off you go. It has face tracker as well as sports mode which moves it quicker without losing all the smaller details.The app is well designed also. You can use your normal phone camera app but you lose most of the features and to get proper use out of your gimbal I would recommend using the app over the normal camera app.I would highly recommend to all bloggers, adventures people, tik tok vids and basically anything that you need a gimbal for. Very good price at £89 and have spoke about it loads to family and friends. I used it today on the tripod recording out little play activity and it worked a treat.Thankyou for making such a good device!

The media could not be loaded.  Gosh I was so impressed with this bit of kit! I thought, having not used anything like this before and only knowing how to use a camera phone that it would be difficult to use but I was wrong. The case looks so professional and is lightweight but protective. It would fit in a changing bag with no problem. You can literally operate this in seconds, which is perfect for capturing unexpected moments with children. You just attach your phone, turn on the Bluetooth and you are ready to go. It's so amusing when it springs to life, it reminds me of a robotic device, all my kids were blown away by it! Well worth the money. I have attempted to get videos on the move of my toddler before just using a mobile but they turned out shaky and blurry, this is an investment into collecting great memories of your kids childhood moments!

I think I must have had a faulty unit as the reviews seem pretty wide spread good but my Bluetooth just couldn’t connect (across 3 separate devices) and when putting my phone into the device it would just flail it about and almost broke my XS Max, I followed everything to the letter but unfortunately the instructions and troubleshooting aren’t up to much, there is a calibration tool but again this doesn’t work on the app, it wouldn’t show me the steps for it to work properly, I only managed to connect to it once and it worked as it should, I was actually very impressed with it when it worked but I spent hours trying to wrestle with it to get it to stop spinning and connect correctly, a big shame as I was looking forward to using it in my video content. If I spring again il certainly go for a higher priced brand.

Il gimbal è un buon prodotto. Ho riscontrato però problemi nelle riprese con la fotocamera grandangolo con iPhone 11 pro max. A seconda di come si inclina il gimbal i motori entrano continuamente nella ripresa rendendo difficile registrare video professionali se non prestandoci estrema attenzione. Nel complesso lo trovo un buon prodotto, forse un pò complicato imparare le differenti modalità d'uso ma con un pò di tecnica si apprende. Inizialmente ho avuto anche problemi a connettere l'app che crushava continuamente all'apertura ma poi dopo un paio di giorno funzionava bene.

Schade das es keinerlei deutsche Anleitung gibt. Macht es mir schwer alles zu verstehen. Ist bei einem solchen Teil echt von NachteilAber Verarbeitung und handling ist toll

Assolutamente non è adatto a iPhone 11 pro max...risulta leggermente non in asse...e se provate ad attaccare un microfono attraverso la presa lightning il cell si sbilancia ancora di più è il sistema di assi non riesce a equilibrare il tutto. Non c’è verso che funzioni in maniera corretta. Acquisto inutile per un cellulare con caratteristiche elevate di fotografia.

Ein äußerst super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für einen Gimbal.Ich nutze ihn mit meiner neuen Osmo Action, ein perfektes „Team". ;o)
